Fuqua Process Service has been in business since 2011, in that time we have served documents for numerous law firms, private businesses, and government agencies. We have also served documents at the county, state, and federal levels.
David has lived in the North Georgia area his entire life, at 17 he joined the TN Army National Guard and served 16 years in the Military Police Corp before retiring. During his time in the Army David participated in numerous missions both within the United States and abroad. Including deploying in support of “Operation Jump Start” near the southern border of the Unites States where he conducted surveillance operations in support of the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. He also had the honor of providing security for a Presidential Inauguration. Deployed in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom”, during this deployment he helped train Iraqi Police, in surveillance, investigation, counter-terrorism, and other basic police functions. David gained extensive training and experience regarding; investigations, surveillance, human interaction, public speaking, leadership, and police operations.
David has used his life experiences to help him excel as a Process Server. He has served documents for Child Support agencies of two different states, and numerous other courts and government agencies. He has also served documents for many local law firms. He has helped locate and interview witnesses across the country; and has served documents for all levels of our Judiciary system.
